    Accommodation rules<\/h3>\n\t

    Take care of the cottages, treat it as your own.<\/p>\n

    Check-in for all accommodation is on the day of arrival from 15.00. Check-out is no later than 12.00 on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

    If you arrive later, we will decide where the keys are.<\/p>\n

    The cottages are self-catering. Blankets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is included.<\/p>\n

    Smoking is not allowed in the cottages. Cottages that smell of smoke will be charged a clean-up fee.<\/p>\n

    The cottages must be cleaned before departure according to the current cleaning list below:<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Cancellation \/ payment rules<\/h3>\n\t

    \n\t\t\t

    In case of advance booking more than 30 days before arrival, prepayment will be applied. The date of advance payment and final payment is stated on the confirmation\/invoice.<\/p>\n

    In case of Pre-booking less than 30 days before arrival, payment will be made on arrival.<\/p>\n

    In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged. In case of cancellation the day before arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.<\/p>\n

    If you want us to do the cleaning an extra charge of 750:- per cottage will be added.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Cleaning list<\/h3>\n\t
    \n\t\t
    \n\t\t\t

    * floors should be vacuumed\/swept thoroughly and wiped with damp cloth and agent.<\/p>\n

    * kitchen equipment should be left washed and dried (don't forget coffee makers, microwave, frying pans and pots)<\/p>\n

    * clean stove, oven, refrigerator (if applicable), freezer, sink, toilet and storage areas with detergent.<\/p>\n

    * air the cottage, don't forget to throw away the rubbish<\/p>\n

    * do not leave foodstuffs behind<\/p>\n

    * shake off mattresses and fold up bedding<\/p>\n

    * pick up litter and cigarette butts on the patio and around the cottage<\/p>\n

    * if you accidentally break something, talk to us about how to replace it<\/p>\n

    * check that you have not forgotten anything when you leave the cottage<\/p>\n
