Take care of the cottages, treat it as your own.

Check-in for all accommodation is on the day of arrival from 15.00. Check-out is no later than 12.00 on the day of departure.

If you arrive later, we will decide where the keys are.

The cottages are self-catering. Blankets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is included.

Smoking is not allowed in the cottages. Cottages that smell of smoke will be charged a clean-up fee.

The cottages must be cleaned before departure according to the current cleaning list below:

In case of advance booking more than 30 days before arrival, prepayment will be applied. The date of advance payment and final payment is stated on the confirmation/invoice.

In case of Pre-booking less than 30 days before arrival, payment will be made on arrival.

In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged. In case of cancellation the day before arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

If you want us to do the cleaning an extra charge of 750:- per cottage will be added.

* floors should be vacuumed/swept thoroughly and wiped with damp cloth and agent.

* kitchen equipment should be left washed and dried (don't forget coffee makers, microwave, frying pans and pots)

* clean stove, oven, refrigerator (if applicable), freezer, sink, toilet and storage areas with detergent.

* air the cottage, don't forget to throw away the rubbish

* do not leave foodstuffs behind

* shake off mattresses and fold up bedding

* pick up litter and cigarette butts on the patio and around the cottage

* if you accidentally break something, talk to us about how to replace it

* check that you have not forgotten anything when you leave the cottage

If the cleaning is not carried out correctly, we may have to charge our cleaning fee of SEK 750.
